We are looking for experienced developer (FULL TIME, PERMANENT) to design and/or modify existing applications with the following skill set:

Position Requirements / Highlights:
• You will perform every aspect of project which includes GUI, Database (MySQL/SQL), Reports (Crystal Reports) and Socket    program.
• The programmer must have practical skills in using Web development tools and languages i.e. ASP, C++ etc.
• Building small to medium HTML, ASP & .NET applications to improve process and function.
• You will be responsible for managing the execution and successful completion of assigned project related tasks.
• Programmer will also need to become a subject matter expert for many internally used applications and provide support
   when necessary.
• Working directly with staff from other departments, teams and leagues on cross-functional projects.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and controls
• Implement project management plan structure, methodology, and tools
• Develop or assist in developing user requirements documents consistent with defined standards Create functional
   specification documents for potential projects.
• Evaluate 3rd party software for suitable feasibility in supporting project issues and programs. Make appropriate    recommendations to management based on evaluations.

Experience Needed:
• 3 + years of experience working with users to define business needs and managing application software solutions. You will    manage every aspect of the project independently.
• Hands on knowledge of ASP, MySQL/SQL server database design, Crystal Reports and multithreaded socket program.    Experience with TCP/IP, serial and other communication protocols.
• Our current application is comprised of all of these pieces and you must be proficient to improve and/or modify current    application.
• Develop user friendly GUI using modular design approach as our applications change frequently per customer requirements.
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports is must.
• Ability to interface with third party application using XML or similar tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot. Extremely strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Strong pro-active problem solving

Skills.
• Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office software (Including Word, Excel PowerPoint and MS Project) Lotus Notes, Web    Tools, HTML, and C++.
• Occasional travel and weekend/after hours work required.
